Anđelina V. Marić Stanković was born on
January 14, 1990. in Leskovac. She graduated
from elementary school and high school "Stevan Jakovljević" in
Vlasotinac. In the 2009/2010 school year. In 2008, she enrolled in geography
studies at the Geography Department of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics
in Niš. She finished her basic academic studies in 2012 with an average grade
of 9.39. In the 2012/2013 school year, she enrolled in a master's degree in
geography at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Niš. She completed her master's studies with an average grade of
9.39. She defended her master's thesis entitled "Tourist Valorization of
the Royal Spas of Serbia" on April 22, 2015. In the 2016/2017 school year,
she enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Geography of the University
of Belgrade in the field of Geosciences. During
her doctoral studies, she passed all exams with an average grade of 9.89.
According to the Rulebook on doctoral studies of the University of Belgrade,
and at the request of the Faculty of Geography, the Council of Scientific
Fields of Construction and Urban Sciences made a decision on 25 September 2020
to accept the topic of Anđeline Marić Stanković's doctoral dissertation,
entitled "Tourist attractions in the function of structuring the offer of
the Pčinja District.
